Mark Mitchell 

Mark qualified with PwC before moving on to Group Financial Controller positions with Merck, Getty Images and Ready 2, an internet startup with Trinny and Susannah. After that, he joined Alain Falys at OB10 and built a global finance function from scratch, leading up to the £160m IPO and sale to Tungsten Network in 2013. Mark is a Chartered Accountant and has a BSc in Banking & International Finance from City University Business School, London.


 

Jane Mitchell

Jane has a BSc in Systems & Management from City University, London. She has had many years experience in various government departments (HMRC, Department of Works and Pensions) involving customer-facing and management roles. Jane is a skilled administrator and bookkeeper. As co-founder of Mitch Consulting, Jane takes the lead in the day-to-day management of the office and is the key point of contact for Xero, Receipt Bank, Datamolino and payroll. 


 

Baljit Harry

Baljit started her career as an internal auditor providing high-level consultancy advice for NHS organisations aimed at their finance functions. She also held several positions as Senior Financial and Management Accountant before she joined OB10 as Group Financial Accountant, and helped maintain and improve the finance function, leading up to the £160m IPO and sale to Tungsten Network in 2013. She is a Chartered Certified Accountant and has a BA in Accounting & Finance from Kingston University, Surrey.


 

Toni Negus

Toni is ACCA qualified and has 20+ years experience of working for multi-national companies, most recently at BAE Systems as a Senior Project Accountant. Toni draws on her extensive background in transition management and business process improvement to provide a 'big company' support mentality to our tech start up clients. 


 

Catherine Reeves

Catherine is ACA qualified with 12 years' experience covering audit, accounting, forensic investigations, and treasury. She was recently a manager at Deloitte Forensic where she was involved in compliance and accounting investigations. Catherine has in-depth knowledge of UK accounting standards, has led teams on audit engagements under IAS and UK GAAP and is well versed in small group accounts preparation.


 

Maggie Elnaugh

Maggie is a skilled Xero bookkeeper. She specialises in expense claim processing (Receipt Bank), Accounts Payable management (Datamolino) and credit control (assertive phone calls!). Maggie previously worked for various departments within Barclays.


 

Adam Mitchell

Adam supports us as an intern working on ad hoc projects in between studying Maths with Finance at the University of Liverpool.
