Mark Mitchell 

Mark qualified with PwC before moving on to Group Financial Controller positions with Merck, Getty Images and Ready 2, an internet startup with Trinny and Susannah. After that, he joined OB10 and built a global finance function from scratch, leading up to an IPO and sale to Tungsten Network in 2013. Mark is a Chartered Accountant and has a BSc in Banking & International Finance from City University Business School.

Jane Mitchell

Jane has a BSc in Systems & Management from City University, London. She has had many years’ experience in various government departments (HMRC, Department of Works and Pensions) involving customer-facing and management roles. Jane is a skilled administrator and bookkeeper. As co-founder of Mitch Consulting, Jane takes the lead in the day-to-day management of the office and is the key point of contact for Xero, Receipt Bank and payroll.

Toni draws on her extensive background in transition management and business process improvement to provide a 'big company' support mentality to our tech start up clients.

Catherine Reeves

Catherine is ACA qualified with 12 years' experience covering audit, accounting, forensic investigations, and treasury. She was recently a manager at Deloitte Forensic where she was involved in compliance and accounting investigations. Catherine has in-depth knowledge of UK accounting standards, has led teams on audit engagements under IAS and UK GAAP and is well versed in small group accounts preparation.
